Tag & Scan: before leaving the restaurant, follow the required collection process and scan the security tag assigned to the customer's order. Never bypass the required scanning or handover process.

Use the in-app safety and support tools if you encounter a problem during a delivery. For emergencies, contact the appropriate emergency services first.
