1Place Your Order
Enter your delivery address, browse nearby restaurants and place your order securely.
2Prepared & Tagged by Restaurant
Your meal is prepared, placed in our insulated food warmer and locked with a physical tag with a unique Tag ID and number.
3Driver Picks Up & Scans
The driver is handed the sealed bag and scans the tag. You'll receive a push notification with your unique Tag ID when your food leaves the restaurant.
4Real-Time Tracking
The driver heads to you and you can track the delivery in real time using GPS.
5Check & Confirm
When your food arrives, visually check that the tag is not broken and the tag ID matches the one in your registered account. Scan the tag to confirm and verify delivery.
